Barbara translates strategy, goals and values into future-focused requirements; identifies critical job families; and creates selection, placement and development processes.
She also has expertise in readiness assessment, job redesign, knowledge management processes and workforce planning. Previously, Barbara was Director of the Workforce Renewal Practice at Renaissance Strategy Group and a Principal at Cambria Consulting.
She holds a Doctorate in Education from Harvard University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
