The Team

Josh Alwitt

Senior advisor with experience working with leaders, executive teams, and their organizations to create insights and alignment that produces results.

Josh is a senior advisor with 20 years of management experience in large-scale software development and deployment. In the mid-2000s, he shifted to management and advisory roles in organization development, talent management and training. Today Josh serves C-suite leaders and their teams in Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Technology, ranging from start-ups to global enterprises.

Prior to joining LH&P, Josh spent 20 years at Publicis Sapient during its expansion from 100 to 20,000 employees, where he first led global software development programs for major clients and progressed to lead worldwide organization development efforts. Josh has worked extensively in Europe and South Asia and speaks German, conversational French and Italian. He earned a B.E. in Engineering from Dartmouth College and is now based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
