The Team

Kathy Gagne

Senior advisor with over 25 years’ experience working with senior leaders and teams to enhance leadership, organizational performance and accelerate organizational change.

Kathy has worked with clients across the US, Europe and India in a variety of industries including Financial Services, Technology, Consumer Products, Professional Services, Retail, Healthcare and Higher Education.  She has extensive experience translating business strategy and values into talent solutions (selection, development and performance) that align with culture, motivate behavior change and produce business impact.

Prior to working at LH&P, Kathy was the Senior Director of Talent Management and Organizational Change at both CVS Health and Publicis.Sapient. She had her own consulting firm and was a Principal at Cambria Consulting.

She holds an MSc in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and a BSc in Psychology/Special Education from the University of Connecticut.
