Susanna Mlot

Senior Advisor with more than 35 years of experience advising executives encountering growth and complex transformation needs while building positive employee experience.

Susanna is an accomplished leader and executive in both corporate and consulting roles with extensive experience in Building Products, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Non-Profit, Professional Services, Research and Technology sectors.

Susanna is an HR and business strategist.  As an interim CHRO and partner to numerous client HR leaders, Susanna has designed and implemented organization and operating model designs, talent management / ecosystems and performance management, talent acquisition, leadership assessment, development and succession planning processes, and compensation & benefits strategies and programs that align with and are designed to drive business strategy outcomes.

Susanna holds an MBA from the J L Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in English from Princeton University.  She also served as a teaching fellow and instructor at International Christian and Meiji Universities in Tokyo, Japan.
