Senior advisor with over 20 years’ experience focusing on workforce planning, organization and labor cost modeling, and predicting the impact of enterprise-wide workforce policy changes.

Keridwen has a track record of partnering with C-Suite leaders and all levels of their teams to convert HR data into pragmatic solutions.

Keridwen is a joint British/Canadian citizen and holds an engineering degree from Imperial College, University of London and a post-graduate qualification in Personnel and Development. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked in public practice prior to moving into Human Resources.
