The Team

Lawton Harper

Founder and senior advisor with extensive international experience implementing organization change in all business functions.

Lawton’s clients span a variety of industries including Consumer Products, Financial Services, Software Development, Telecommunications, and Utilities.

Alongside his advisory work, Lawton brings a distinctive competence in working with CEOs and their teams to address complex problems as a group.

Prior to founding LH&P, he worked as Director (Vice President) of Organization Effectiveness for multiple divisions of British Telecom and led internal consulting efforts for MCI. He has also worked in external consultancies, including McKinsey & Company, after starting his career in Operations.

Lawton holds an M.B.A. in General Management from NYU Stern and a B.A. in Sociology from Hamilton College.
