The Team

Shona Mackintosh

Senior advisor with experience implementing major change, project and program management, and organization design.

Shona has a track record of bringing challenging projects to a successful conclusion and transferring skills and knowledge to clients at all levels. Shona has worked in the Financial and Professional Services area, as well as Real Estate, Hospitality and Not-For-Profit sectors.

Previously, she operated as an Organization & Management Development Consultant for several divisions of British Telecom. She holds a BA from Edinburgh University and has both IPD (Institute of Personnel and Development) and PRINCE2 (project management) qualifications.

She is also a licensed instructor for Goal Directed Project Management and an accredited consultant in the AIM change management methodology.
