The Team

Steve Shane

Senior advisor with over 40 years’ experience setting corporate strategy, transforming complex organizations and managing operations and technology change.

Steve provides senior executives and boards with general management expertise and individual coaching through periods of extreme challenge. He concentrates in Financial Services, Professional Services and the Government sector.

Before joining LH&P, Steve was Accenture’s Managing Director, North America Public Sector, responsible for a $2B annual P&L with 10,000 personnel.

Steve holds a BS Degree in Mathematics from Westminster College and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Economics and Organizational Behavior. Steve also serves as an outside director on the boards of two public companies and two private companies.
